Schedule: Daily, 10am-1pm & 4pm-7pm Central Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing real estate service company as a Real Estate Land Acquisitions Dialer. This role primarily involves reaching out to landowners to inquire about their interest in selling their property. Occasionally, you may also need to handle inquiries about houses or other types of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to landowners to discuss potential interest in selling their property.
Handle conversations regarding the sale of houses and other property types when necessary.
Accurately document call outcomes and follow-up actions.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle various types of property-related conversations.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching out to potential sellers.
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
Daily shifts from 10am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm Central Time. Goal of 300 contacts/day
