Real Estate Investor Direct Mail Management

We are wholesale real estate investors. We are looking to delegate our direct mail marketing campaigns to a VA that is taking ahold of this department 100%. We buy houses for cash so we are looking for distressed, off-market real estate deals. We are NOT a brokerage.

Tasks:
- Pull and Organize Direct Mail Lists
- Suppress Do Not Call / Do Not Mail Leads into current Direct Mail Lists
- Be capable of finding and pulling niche real estate lists
- Utilize GoHighLevel (our CRM)
- Utilize Google Drive, Sheets
- Communicate with the Marketing Manager

Qualifications:
We are seeking a VA that is experienced in the real estate industry. We want someone to join and not need much training on finding niche lists, pulling & organizing all of the direct mail data in our company, etc.

You must be able to work in Central Time (TEXAS, USA) to communicate properly with the Marketing Manager.

This position will be part-time. We have more job opportunities for growth within this RE VA position that can move into full-time. Some tasks include but are not limited to: (Communicating with sellers, pre-qualifying sellers via text/email, posting deals online, managing these posts, and more). Note* these are not required, but very well could be added to your job description if you want them to be.
