The successful candidate will be confident in running and optimizing Google and Facebook ads and capable of creating compelling marketing strategies to drive leads and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee skip tracing to locate and target potential leads.
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism, using proven scripts or creating new ones as needed.
Develop and manage high-performing Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive lead generation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in skip tracing and lead targeting.
Strong objection-handling skills, with a library of effective scripts and the ability to adapt as needed.
Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
