Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads from CRM databases
Qualify leads, set appointments for agents, and manage follow-up communication
Handle objections professionally and build rapport with potential clients
Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations in the CRM
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or Virtual Assistant role within the real estate industry
Strong understanding of CRM software (Follow up boss)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate lead generation or appointment setting
Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology
Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
