JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are
At Exp Realty, we specialize in generating and converting seller leads. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Cold Caller to play a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and setting high-quality seller appointments for our real estate agents. This is a high-performance sales role requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities
* Outbound cold calling to generate seller leads, focusing on Expired Listings, FSBOs, and Circle Prospecting.
* Respond to inbound leads efficiently and convert inquiries into qualified appointments.
* Set 1-3 seller appointments per day for field agents.
* Manage and nurture leads through the pipeline with consistent follow-up.
* Track daily activity and performance metrics in the CRM.
* Conduct market research to identify motivated sellers before they list their properties.
* Follow scripts, role-play daily, and participate in regular training sessions.
* Maintain compliance with real estate laws and brokerage guidelines.

Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of experience as a Real Estate ISA for Real Estate Agents
* Proven track record of setting seller appointments and converting leads.
* Excellent communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear on the phone.
* Strong objection-handling skills – ability to turn "no" into "yes."
* High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Proficient in CRM systems, dialers (e.g., Mojo, Vulcan7, Calltools, etc)
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* Real estate knowledge or experience preferred
