Join Our Team: Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist

-Position: Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist (ISA) (Recruiter experience is a plus)
-Location: Remote (Active on team Upgrade to see actual info channel)

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead conversion, conversations via text, email, and call, nurture leads, and prospecting daily.
-Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to identify priorities and tasks.
-Managing and adhering to evolving processes, including initial outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-ups/lead nurturing.
-Utilize lead tracking systems and CRM tools and systems to streamline lead prospecting and follow-ups.
-Dedicate 80% of your workday to calling, emailing, and texting prospective leads.
-Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent engagement.
-Meet and exceed appointment and conversion targets.

Requirements:
-Availability: Must be comfortable and experienced with working the night shift (8 AM - 5 PM CST, Florida Panhandle).
-Tech Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and a fast, efficient computer.
-Experience: Prior experience as an ISA, recruiter, or sales caller preferred (real estate experience is a huge plus).
-Skills: Excellent communication, fluent in English with a clear accent, strong grammar, outgoing, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
-Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms. Must be technologically savvy.
-Performance: Proven track record in appointment setting and lead conversion.
-Mindset: A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, willingness to grow within the team, and a strong work ethic.
-Collaboration: Willingness to work independently most of the day and as part of a remote team.

Expectations: Must meet the daily call and text quotas.
-On-Camera Requirement: Video must be on (with sound off) during work hours for the first 90 days.
-Screen Shot Monitor in use and check-ins daily from Team Leaders.
