We specialize in working with expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, and online buyer leads. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion & Prospecting:
• Engage and convert inbound/outbound leads (expired listings, FSBO, circle prospecting, online buyer leads) using proven scripts and objection handling techniques.
• Convert missed appointments or no-shows into re-engaged prospects ready to buy or sell.
• Appointment Setting & Management:
• Set and confirm appointments accurately for the Team Leader and clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up before appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all appointments, leads, and interactions in our CRM (Lofty).
• Reporting & Data Management:
• Utilize lead generation platforms such as Vulcan 7, REDX, and Property Radar efficiently.
• Build, manage, and optimize
• Submit an End-of-Day (EOD) report detailing calls made, appointments set, and categorizing leads into warm/hot leads.
• Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth:
• Implement coaching feedback quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated on best practices and refine your scripts and objection-handling tactics as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At lease 2 years of cold/warm calling experience in real estate.
• Proven track record in converting expired listings, FSBO leads, and buyer leads.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-gen platforms (Vulcan 7, REDX, Property Radar) is highly preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Appointment Setter, Closer, Objection Handler, Script Master.
• Exceptional communication skills with a fluent English-speaking ability and a near-American accent.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a significant plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in appointment scheduling and lead follow-up.
• Adept at objection handling and script usage.
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new tools and software.
• Highly driven, coachable, and willing to engage in ongoing training and development.
• Must have reliable internet and a backup internet location to continue work in case of a outage.
