Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills with little to no accent. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments for our acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners from a provided list.

Clearly explain our cash-buying process and qualify leads.

Set appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

Fluent English with little to no accent (required).

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient.
