Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with Video Editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually engaging marketing materials and a strong background in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and edit marketing collaterals, including flyers, newsletters, and social media thumbnails.
• Collaborate on real estate projects to create compelling visual content.
• Edit promotional and informational videos using a variety of editing tools.
• Work closely with the team to ensure branding and marketing goals are met.
• Deliver creative assets on tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other video editing tools.
• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work night shifts and start immediately.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
