Real Estate Facebook Ads

I'm looking for someone who is a Upgrade to see actual info when it comes to Facebook Ads in the Real Estate industry, marketing for Motivated Seller leads in the US for investors or wholesalers.

If you do not have experience generating Real Estate Leads. DO NOT APPLY.

I am looking for someone who can setup and manage my Facebook Ads and create the marketing materials for me.

MUST HAVE experience in the Real Estate industry, marketing for Motivated Sellers.

If I need to have a Facebook Page setup for my Real Estate business in order to do these Facebook Ads, then I would like your help setting that up.

Please DO NOT send me a resume, just tell me your experience and how you can help me get leads through Facebook Ads. That's all I care about.

I want to know about your conversions, average cost per lead, etc.

If you have examples of previous marketing materials please provide.

Must be available during 8am-8pm CST so that we have time to be able to go over things together.
You don't have to be working from 8am-8pm CST, I just want to be able to have time with you during those hours to be able to discuss things when needed.
