As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's
What You’ll Do:
* Manage
* Be the gatekeeper of time and availability.
* Be able to identify what is urgent / top of the list for daily priorities.
* Prepare follow-up and recap
* Updating stages in Follow Up Boss to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
* Coordinate and confir
* Be sure to manage the client's leads within different platforms to ensure prospects are maintained and updated accordingly.
* Handle bill payments and expense tracking.
* Collaborate with C-level executives to support their requests to/from the CEO.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and document management.
* Supporting the CEO's expense records.
* Support Misc. Ad-Hoc Tasks

* Experience with real estate platforms
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with experience in outbound sales activities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
* Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Excellent written and spoken communication (Strong English)
* High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
