JOB OVERVIEW

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's email, calendar, and Slack, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of appointments, meetings, and events. Acting as the gatekeeper of time and availability, you will identify urgent tasks, prepare follow-up and recap emails for clients, and maintain accurate data in Follow Up Boss. You'll also coordinate meetings, handle bill payments and expense tracking, support C-level executives, and perform general administrative tasks, all while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion. By leveraging your organizational skills and proactive mindset, you will help elevate the level of service provided to Community's valued clients.

What You’ll Do:
* Manage email and slack, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
* Be the gatekeeper of time and availability.
* Be able to identify what is urgent / top of the list for daily priorities.
* Prepare follow-up and recap emails to clients after meetings.
* Updating stages in Follow Up Boss to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
* Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules, including preparing meeting materials and agendas.
* Be sure to manage the client's leads within different platforms to ensure prospects are maintained and updated accordingly.
* Handle bill payments and expense tracking.
* Collaborate with C-level executives to support their requests to/from the CEO.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and document management.
* Supporting the CEO's expense records.
* Support Misc. Ad-Hoc Tasks

What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with experience in outbound sales activities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
* Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Excellent written and spoken communication (Strong English)
* High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
