Job Description:
- Support real estate operations by managing CRM and client calls with professionalism and precision.
- Execute marketing strategies, create engaging social media content, schedule posts, and manage
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain close collaboration with the team to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience with real estate CRMs and call handling, with no or minimal accent for client communication.
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and boosting social media content and
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is a significant advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills aligned with Workergenix standards.
Tech-savvy with experience in tools and platforms relevant to real estate and marketing.
Additional Job Requirements:
College Degree
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection

- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client’s request, operating hours will be Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week
