(1) Unicorn Role Overview:
Are you an experienced Real Estate EA with a knack for keeping busy agents organized and focused on growth? This role is ideal for a proactive assistant who can manage everything from database upkeep to marketing efforts and video content creation. As the Real Estate EA, you’ll provide the essential support she needs to transition her business smoothly while managing key administrative, marketing, and transaction tasks.
What you'll do:
- Database Management: Maintain and organize Laura’s CRM (Follow-up Boss, Flow Desk), ensuring up-to-date records and effective lead tracking.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating newsletters, event invitations, and social media graphics using Canva, Flow Desk, and Google Forms. Develop and implement a consistent marketing strategy.
- Video Content Assistance: Edit videos for YouTube, including cover creation, to enhance Laura’s online presence and engage with her luxury client base.
- Transaction & Contract Coordination: Prepare buyer and seller agreements, manage contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes from start to close.
- Brokerage Transition Support: Assist with Laura’s upcoming move to Real brokerage, managing e-signing needs (transitioning from DotLoop to DocuSign) and other logistical elements.

We’re looking for a proactive Real Estate Executive Assistant to support our business operations. You’ll help streamline our daily activities, implement and manage FollowUpBoss, enhance our online presence through Instagram and YouTube, and ensure seamless listing management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with high-level professionals, this role is perfect for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Database Management: Implement and manage FollowUpBoss (FUB), ensuring efficient organization and tracking of client information.
- Marketing Support: Focus on Instagram and YouTube content assistance, including creating engaging posts, editing video content, and supporting social media strategies to grow Sharmane's online presence.
- Listing Management: Manage listings from start to finish, following a detailed checklist to ensure every aspect is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact, providing high-quality client service and timely responses.
