About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in video editing, SEO, and content optimization to create high-performing digital assets. This role requires someone with a creative eye and technical skills to produce engaging content for our real estate and community-focused audience.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing and Production
Edit weekly 5-10 minute videos, including property tours, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
Create short promotional clips for social media platforms like
Enhance videos with captions, transitions, and branding elements.
SEO and Content Optimization
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved search engine rankings.
Edit and optimize blogs to perform well on Google, ensuring they align with SEO best practices.
Content Creation and Distribution
Share full-length videos on
Link and share relevant guides or resources to engage the audience.
Edit and update a monthly event guide to keep content current and relevant.
Newsletter Management
Assist in the editing and formatting of a monthly newsletter.
Coordinate the distribution of the newsletter to the
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio of previous work.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
Familiarity with blog editing and formatting.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
