Real Estate Disposition TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber / Manager (Wholesale Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispo TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber or Manager to join our dynamic Wholesale Real Estate team. As a Disposition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sale of properties acquired through wholesale deals, ensuring that they are quickly and profitably sold to investors, rehabbers, and other buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Property Sales: Oversee the disposition process for wholesale real estate deals, from listing properties to closing transactions with buyers.
Build & Maintain Buyer Relationships: Develop and nurture a network of cash buyers, rehabbers, real estate investors, and other industry professionals.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate contracts and sale terms to secure the best possible deals for the company and its clients.
Marketing & Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns for each property, including email blasts, social media promotion, and working with brokers or other platforms to increase exposure.
Manage Closing Process: Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed about local market conditions and buyer demand to price properties effectively and strategically.
Track Performance Metrics: Regularly report on sales activity, inventory turnover, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Qualifications:

Experience in Wholesale Real Estate: Proven success in wholesale real estate, property sales, or a related field.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals efficiently, with a strong focus on maximizing profitability.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with buyers, sellers, title agents, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring all details are handled correctly.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet sales targets.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing, neighborhoods, and investor trends.
