Real Estate Disposition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced real estate disposition specialist with a prove track record. We are a small, US based real estate investment company expanding in a new direction. We are doing more of our own marketing and sales of properties we acquire. In the past, we have worked with real estate agents for our dispositions. We want to bring more of that internal to our team.

We are looking for someone who can:
- build and organize buyers lists
- help us market our properties. Prepare marketing. Post online.
- actively market our properties to potential buyers
- we want you to train others on the team to follow the process you help set up so that we can have the entire team contributing to the selling of our properties

We are looking for someone confident and experienced who can manage our properties from the time we acquire them to getting them sold. You goal will be a minimum of two sales per month. We want a candidate who loves the thrill of success and enjoys a friendly team culture.
