We specialize in infill lot properties and are looking for a skilled Disposition Agent to join our team. This role is vital in connecting us with builders and developers to secure successful property transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Buyer Outreach: Proactively contact builders and developers to present available infill lot properties.
- CRM Management: Use Salesforce CRM to input and maintain buyer information, keeping all records up-to-date.
- Negotiation and Sales: Facilitate property sales by negotiating terms and addressing buyer inquiries.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with builders and developers.
- Market Research: Identify potential buyers and analyze market demand for infill lot properties.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to close deals.
- Reporting: Provide updates on buyer outreach efforts and sales performance to the team.
Compensation: $10/hourly plus bonus per successful deal with buyer you bring on.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate, particularly dispositions, land investment, or property sales.
- Salesforce CRM Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for managing buyer relationships and records.
- Strong English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills for clear and effective communication. You will be on the phone with potential buyers here in the US, so this is very important!
- Sales Expertise: Confidence and skill in negotiating and closing deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
