Real Estate Dispo Manager

Position: Real Estate Disposition Manager
Compensation: $1,000-$1,500/month + 1-3% commission

We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking talented and result-driven individual to take on the role of Disposition Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help market and sell properties, build strong buyer relationships, and be part of a supportive and dynamic team—all while working remotely.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

-Marketing available properties to our list of investors and buyers.
-Cold Call and Filter for buyers.
-Managing buyer communications.
-Developing and maintaining buyer relationships to grow the company’s network.

-Strong commitment to the company
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
-Performs well with a team.
-Sales and Disposition Experience is a must.
-Availability during U.S. time zones (PST preferred) / Must be flexible to work weekends.

Bonus But Not Required:
-Investor lift experience
-Experience in finding JV Opportunities
