We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Real Estate Data Manager and Deal Underwriter to support our operations and ensure every deal is a success.
Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Data Manager and Deal Underwriter, you will be responsible for analyzing, underwriting, and managing property data for wholesale transactions. Your role will be pivotal in evaluating property values, identifying viable investment opportunities, and ensuring our buyers' preferences align with potential deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and underwrite single-family properties to assess profitability and investment potential.
- Manage and organize a comprehensive database of properties and buyers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Research market trends, comparable sales, and local market data to validate underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with acquisitions and dispositions teams to provide clear, data-driven recommendations on potential deals.
- Evaluate property conditions, repair costs, and after-repair values (ARVs) to support decision-making.
- Ensure all underwriting and analysis align with company standards and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate underwriting, specifically for single-family wholesale properties.
- Strong understanding of real estate market analysis, ARV calculations, and deal evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, property data platforms (e.g., PropStream, MLS, Zillow), and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate wholesaling, contract assignments, and investment strategies is a plus.
This role will start as part time with the potential to scale into a larger hour or full time role over time.
