Key Responsibilities
• Data Scrubbing: Clean and standardize real estate data by removing duplicate entries, correcting errors, and organizing for usability.
• Data Validation: Verify property details, including addresses, owner names, and contact information, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Data Enrichment: Research and add missing details, update outdated records, and enhance datasets with valuable information.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure datasets are error-free and reliable.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports of data scrubbing activities to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Security: Handle sensitive real estate information with confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
