Real Estate Customer Service

We are looking for someone to join the team in a full time position for vacation rental management. Job duties include:
- Speaking with guests to ensure a great experience and answer any questions
- Learn about properties to be able to answer questions, provide information, and offer details
- Review reservations, check in/out details, and provide recommendations on property availability
- Process cleaning and maintenance request and ensure they are sent to the right department

The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term position and to work with an established and growing company.

Requirements
- Fast learner
- Fluent speaking English
- Knowledge of Open Phone and online communications platforms
- Flexible Hours
- Knowledge of Slack, Zoom, Loom, etc.
