JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced cold caller with a background in real estate? Do you have strong communication and persuasion skills? We are looking for a motivated cold calling agent to join our real estate team, handling both acquisitions (motivated sellers) and dispositions (buyers and real estate agents).

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to property owners, real estate investors, buyers, and agents
• Generate and qualify leads for real estate deals
• Follow a proven script to engage with potential sellers and buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, including investors and agents
• Accurately document call outcomes in our CRM
• Follow up with warm and hot leads consistently
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to secure deals and the dispositions team to sell contracts to investors and agents

Requirements:
• Experience in real estate cold calling (wholesaling experience is a plus)
• Experience calling cash buyers, real estate investors, and agents for dispositions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English with a neutral or minimal accent
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software (preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
