Real Estate Cold Caller (Wholesaling Experience Preferred)

We are a fast-growing real estate wholesaling company looking for motivated and experienced Cold Callers to join our team. If you have prior experience in real estate cold calling, love talking to people, and can handle objections with confidence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners and property sellers to gauge interest in selling their property.
Follow a proven script while adapting to different seller responses.
Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and asking price.
Enter lead details and call notes into our CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team.
Overcome objections and build rapport with sellers.
Qualifications:

Must have prior experience in real estate cold calling, wholesaling, or lead generation.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, or similar) is a plus.
Reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a headset.
Fluency in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
