Real Estate Cold Caller Virtual Assistant

The ideal candidate should have experience with phone-based communication, particularly in reaching out to homeowners within the real estate sector.

Job Description:
In this role, you will primarily engage with new prospects/homeowners and make initial contact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential prospects using our provided dialer and scripts.
- Record appropriate dispositions for each prospect or contact within the cold calling platform.
- Effectively handle objections and maintain positive conversations.
- Following the completion of daily cold calling duties, participate in regular meetings to review performance, align on goals, and discuss strategies for continued success.
Please note: When you respond, say, "Out of the box" as the very first thing. Must have 4.5+ rating.

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 month of experience using Mojo dialer, or 3+ months of experience with another dialer platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
- Basic computer skills.
- Persistent, consistent, and hardworking with no hesitation in making calls.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn.
- Punctual and committed to attending all meetings and shifts.
- Prefer Bachelor's degree.
