Real Estate Cold Caller – Remote Position

Job Description:
We are a dynamic real estate investment company seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. Your primary responsibility will be to contact homeowners from pre-selected lists, initiate conversations about selling their residential properties, and assess their motivation to sell for cash.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold call homeowners from provided lists and engage them in discussions about selling their homes.
Build rapport and gather relevant property details during conversations.
Identify motivated sellers and relay qualified leads to our acquisitions manager.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
A general understanding of real estate principles in the United States.
Confidence and professionalism on the phone.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus but not required.
