Real Estate Cold Caller For Real Estate Agent

I am looking for multiple full-time real estate cold callers to expand my team. I'm looking for someone who specifically has experience with calling absentee owners/preforeclosures/expireds/FSBO/probate etc., qualifying the lead, and then booking them onto my appointment calendar for an IN PERSON appointment with a listing agent to discuss selling their home for maximum value.

You must have experience already working with a real estate agent for minimum 1 year, cold calling full time. You will be on the phone the entire time, with a few paid breaks. All calls will be recorded and I will randomly pull calls to review performance. You will be working with Readymode, which dials up to 12 lines at a time and connects to homeowners quickly.

We will be using Brandon Mulrenin's scripts and objection handling. If you really want the position, I would suggest searching him on youtube and watching his videos on cold calling/objection handling etc. We will roleplay in the interview to see how experienced you are.

Salary structure is negotiable. I'm willing to pay hourly depending upon experience, and/or as a pay per in person appointment model. I pay weekly every Saturday. If you're very well experienced, it could be more profitable to do that. All tools to call and homeowner data will be provided to you. You will summarize the calls, do your own follow up to "almost ready leads" and schedule appointments for me with homeowners ready to meet with an agent in person to discuss selling.
