Real Estate Cold Caller

• Need a cold caller that can work 4 - 5 days a week. Expected hours would be in the 3:00am/4:00am to 6:00am/7:00am range, Philippines time. We would like someone to start out working 12 – 15 hours a week and it can go higher from there if the person is a good fit for the position and company.
• Starting hourly pay would be in the $3.50 to $5.00 range and will grow from there based on performance. Incentives for scheduling appointments with homeowners will be much more lucrative than the hourly rate.
• The purpose of this position is to call property owners to see if they would be interested in selling their house or working out other type of solution based on the options that we offer.
• Answer inbound calls from property owners.
• Work closely with our Leads Sourcing & CRM Owner.
• Ensure immediate outreach on new leads as they come in.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Job requires any candidate to be very organized, MUST have 2-3 years customer service experience, and MUST have good English communication skills. There will communication skills testing during the interview process.
• Must have reliable internet, MS Office skills, and be able to connect for weekly video calls.
• We are a real estate firm, but you do not need real estate experience to be considered. We can teach you what will need to know.
