Real Estate Cold Caller

We are a land investment company based in FL looking for experienced cold callers to work 30-40 hours weekly. We are looking for individual preferably who have experienced calling seller leads in real estate, and highly proficient in speaking and understanding english.

Work flow will be as follows:

1. Figure out interest in selling, ownership, time to sell
2. Figure out asking price or if able, make an offer
3. Evaluate the land value after the call, tag the lead, and manage a simple lead sheet

This is position offers extra commissions, sick days, fast raises, and future promotions.

Caller must have a headset of good quality, fast internet, and strong proficiency in speaking and understanding english. Preferably with minimal accent.
