Real Estate Cold Caller

Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Cold Caller! We're seeking motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills to help us generate leads and schedule appointments for our team. This remote position offers flexibility and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads.
- Qualify prospects interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Generate off market leads
- Gather basic information about the property (price, timeframe, motivation)
- Log all calls and leads into the google sheet
