Real Estate Cold Caller

We’re seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with real estate cold call experience to join our team part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time hourly + commission-based position after a 3-month probationary period. This role is vital to our operations, involving cold-calling, gathering property information, and managing leads.

About the Role:
Cold Calls: Make at least 150 calls daily (up to 450 numbers using Mojo’s x3 dialer).
Lead Management: Record property details in Mojo and Podio; update Google Sheets for accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Communicate via WhatsApp for updates and reporting.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on real estate trends to enhance conversations.
Schedule: Calls are made between 11 AM–3 PM EST.
Tech Requirements: A reliable internet connection with a backup is essential.
