Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and assess client needs to tailor conversations effectively.
Manage leads through a structured pipeline using Mojo Dialer and Go High Level (GHL).
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Provide outstanding customer service and represent the brokerage with professionalism.

Qualifications:
Fluent English —clear and professional communication is essential.
Strong understanding of the probate and foreclosure processes
Proven experience with Mojo Dialer and working leads through Go High Level (GHL) pipelines.
Prior real estate experience is highly desirable, particularly in probates and foreclosures.
Ability to build rapport quickly, think critically during conversations, and adapt to client needs.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
