JOB OVERVIEW

Mack Land Company is a real estate firm that buys vacant land from sellers across America. We deliver exceptional service to our sellers. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads and building relationships with potential sellers. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads via phone, identifying their property and motivation, and setting up appointments for our intake and sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, minimal foreign accent, a proactive attitude, and a passion for talking to people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
• Introduce our company’s services and identify potential leads for acquiring vacant land and providing a solution.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointment callbacks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and follow-up actions in our CRM system and LandID (GIS Mapping).
• Follow up on leads and track progress to ensure effective lead management.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and effectiveness of calling strategies.
• Hours approximately 8a – 4p Tuesday thru Saturday Mountain Standard Time.
Qualifications:
• Speak conversational American English much like an American.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or real estate is preferred but not absolutely required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-call-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Ready Mode dialer software or equivalent, CRM software (Lead Boss/High Level/Pebble), LandID GIS mapping.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is a plus.
• Must have access to strong and reliable internet and computer with microphone and camera.
