Real Estate-Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated part-time Virtual Assistant with a strong background in real estate to join our team. You will be responsible for cold-calling residents within the US, gathering property information, and managing lead flow. This position requires excellent communication skills, data management, and familiarity with real estate market trends.

About the Role:
We're hiring a Virtual Assistant Cold Caller for a part-time role with a 3-month probation period and a strong potential to transition into a full-time, hourly + commission-based position. In this role, you'll be essential to our team, connecting with property owners and optimizing our lead management. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, collecting vital property information, and managing leads using Podio, Mojo, and Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities:
Cold-call at least 150 residents per day (up to 450 numbers using Mojo’s x3 dialer).
Gather property details and record call responses in Mojo and Podio for team review.
Conduct calls between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time.
Update and manage lead flow in Google Sheets and Podio to ensure accurate data management.
Communicate regularly with the team via WhatsApp for updates, reporting, and coordination.
Stay informed on real estate market trends and incorporate them into your conversations with leads.

Requirements: Reliable internet connection with a backup option is a must.
