Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and leads.
Introduce our real estate services and build rapport.
Gather information and qualify leads for our sales team.
Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
Experience in lead generation and customer service.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
