Job Description: Real Estate Cold Caller
Salary: $4/hour 8 hours a day 40hours/week
Schedule: 9am to 5pm EST

We are seeking a motivated and confident Real Estate Cold Caller to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying prospects, and gathering information about their real estate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective sellers or buyers.
Qualify leads and gather essential information for follow-up.
Schedule appointments for real estate agents.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM.
Build rapport with prospects and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred).
Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
