Real Estate Cold Caller

Our virtual assistants cold call homeowners that are motivated to sell their homes gather information about the property, and schedule appointments for the US-based team to go out and view the property.

Required for Employment
Wired Internet of minimum 30 Mbps with wired Ethernet
Wired Noise Canceling Headset
Good PC or Laptop with Google Chrome installed

Responsibilities include:

Cold Calling / Appointment Setting (80% of role)
*Contact homeowners VIA ReadyMode
*Coordinate appointment with the homeowner and US-based team
*Update webform with information collected on the call

*Accessing online lead information and entering data into spreadsheets
*Collecting telephone numbers/information and populating info into spreadsheets

Skills Required
*Impeccable command of the English language

*Excel / Data Entry
*Coachable / Able to receive regular feedback

Real Estate Knowledge/Understanding
Associates/Bachelor Degree
2+ years of cold calling experience
