Hourly + Commission-Based Real Estate Closer | Convert Warm Leads into Contracts
Description:
We’re seeking a sharp, commission-based Real Estate Closer to join our growing acquisitions team. This is not a cold calling role—you’ll be working exclusively with warm and hot leads already in our pipeline. Your only focus is turning motivated seller conversations into signed wholesale contracts.
We close 4+ deals per month and are scaling. You’ll be walking into a proven system, not trying to build one from scratch. Our team handles lead generation, follow-up, and transaction coordination. We just need a closer who can lock in the deals.

Your Role:
• Speak with warm/hot seller leads by phone
• Build rapport, uncover motivation, and negotiate win-win offers
• Confidently guide the conversation toward a signed contract
• Use our CRM (GHL-based) to track notes and progress
• Submit signed contracts to the Transaction Coordinator for processing
• Follow simple SOPs and scripts
• Build out SoPs and training that mimic your role

Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years of experience as a real estate closer (wholesale preferred)
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of converting leads into contracts
• Confident, clear communicator who can build trust quickly
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Familiar with tools like GHL, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated and comfortable working commission-only
• U.S. or fluent English speaker who can work during U.S. business hours

Compensation:
• First 2 weeks paid hourly. Commission after that.
• Introductory hourly + Commission – paid per signed contract
• Opportunity to grow with us into a full-time, high-volume closer role
• Bonuses available for high performance and fast-closes
• Part time to full time opportunity
