Real Estate Caller (Appointment Generator)

Position: Real Estate Caller
Location: Remote
Pay: $5 per hour
Hours: 2-4 hours per day (Flexible)

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Caller. The main responsibility of this role is to generate appointments for our realtor by making outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for real estate, this is a great opportunity to grow within the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads from a provided list.
Introduce the real estate services and schedule appointments for a realtor.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build rapport and trust.
Answer questions related to real estate services and help guide the conversation toward setting up appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a lead list effectively.
Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
