Job Description:
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for real estate, marketing, and customer service? We're looking for a Real Estate CRM & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you have the skills to manage client relationships, execute marketing strategies, and have some bookkeeping knowledge, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- CRM & Client Calls
- Manage real estate CRM systems efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally (minimal or no accent preferred).
- Provide exceptional client support and ensure seamless communication.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Schedule posts and run Facebook ads/boost campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Light Bookkeeping (Huge Plus)
- Assist with basic financial record-keeping.
- Support financial accuracy and reporting.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience with real estate CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Creative and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.


Additional Job Requirements:
- College - Educated
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
- Very reliable power and backup power
- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week

The compensation package includes:
- Competitive compensation: as much as Php600,000 annual earnings.
