We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant (CRM & Marketing Specialist) to join our team. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Follow-up Boss CRM and experience in real estate administrative tasks, marketing, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently while maintaining structured communication with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize Follow-up Boss CRM, ensuring effective lead tracking, action plans, and pipeline organization.
- MLS Listing Input: Accurately input and update property listings in the MLS.
- Marketing & Content Management: Oversee social media scheduling, engagement, and content distribution, including bi-monthly newsletters.
- Direct Mail Management: Schedule and coordinate monthly mailers via Command.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance with financial organization, minor bookkeeping tasks, and general real estate administrative duties.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for key workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Clear Communication: Maintain structured updates and professional communication with the client to ensure workflow transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Follow-up Boss CRM (mandatory).
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, including MLS listing input and transaction coordination.
- Background in marketing,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks, requiring minimal supervision.
- Experience in bookkeeping or financial organization is a plus.
- Ability to work within the client’s preferred schedule and align with time zone requirements.
