JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Some availability required between 9 AM – 5 PM PST (flexible for the right candidate)
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonuses

About the Role:
I am seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my high-quality, service-oriented, and personal real estate business in Squamish, BC, Canada. This is a long-term position with growth potential. I am willing to train the right candidate to ensure they are fully equipped to support my business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Database Management:
Maintain and update CRM (IXACT Contact) to ensure ongoing client engagement
Organize and track listings, showings, and client feedback

Marketing & Social Media:
Create and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Track engagement and respond to comments/messages following the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver guidelines
Design and execute print and digital marketing campaigns (Canva, Adobe)
Integrate social media with website management (My Real Page)

Transaction & Admin Support:
Manage transaction files and deadlines
Assist with real estate software (Paragon Residential)
Organize and maintain Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive

Video & Communication:
May be required to send BombBomb videos or voice messages to clients
Strong English proficiency is required, with minimal accent for clear client communication

Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Strong English skills (spoken and written)
Experience with real estate admin, CRM, marketing, or transaction management is a plus
Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy
Loyal, hardworking, and committed to long-term growth

Proficient in multiple software tools:
IXACT Contact, Canva, Adobe, Paragon Residential, My Real Page, BombBomb
Google Sheets, Docs, Drive
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (video creation is a bonus)
