JOB OVERVIEW

At Rhino Property Solutions, we specialize in land flipping. We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional text message support through the Launch Control platform and managing our CRM.

Responsibilities:
*Provide timely and professional text message support to clients and leads via the Launch Control platform.
*Manage the Launch Control texting platform and make adjustments to the tool as needed.
*Manage and update CRM entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and client interactions.
*Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients as needed.
*Assist with data entry, organization, and tracking of sales leads within the CRM.
*Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and client engagement strategies.
*Generate reports and analytics on client interactions and campaign performance as required.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.
*Proficiency with the Launch Control platform or similar text messaging services.
*Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pebble, Monday.com).
*Excellent written communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
