We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Real Estate Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our real estate team. This role involves managing property listings, coordinating appointments and showings, maintaining client files, and assisting with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute property listings and marketing materials.
- Manage communications with clients and prospects, including
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and team events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and property files.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends and real estate data.
- Assist with preparing contracts, legal documents, and newsletters (bi-monthly).
- Update and maintain the company website using Squarespace.
- Provide administrative support to agents, including CRM management and data entry.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a real estate support or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Squarespace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus.
- Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
