**Position Overview:**
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will support our real estate operations, assisting with transaction coordinating and property management tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transactions, managing documentation, and maintaining communication with clients, vendors, and other parties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with transaction coordination, including preparing and reviewing contracts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all required paperwork is complete.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and agents to ensure smooth and timely closings.
- Maintain and update transaction and property management files using CRM and other real estate platforms (such as MLS, Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks, etc.).
- Coordinate property management tasks such as scheduling repairs, communicating with tenants, and preparing rental listings.
- Prepare and post property listings, update availability on the website, and manage online marketing for rentals.
- Assist with tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out coordination.
- Organize and manage vendor relationships, ensuring repairs and maintenance requests are completed efficiently.
- Track and report on deadlines for lease renewals, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in real estate transaction coordinating or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with real estate software tools such as MLS, Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks, DoorLoop, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A current real estate license is a plus but not required.
**Hours & Compensation:**
- Part-time position with flexible hours (approx. 4-6 hours per week).
