Venturebnb is a fast-scaling tech centric short-term rental property management company that partners with homeowners to maximize their rental income. Founded in 2020, we now manage 180+ listings across the United States and are expanding rapidly. We're looking for a driven Appointment Setter to work remotely and help us convert homeowner leads into booked appointments. Job Overview:
- Daily Target: Contact 20 homeowner leads per day and schedule at least 2 qualified appointments with our team.
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (aligning with U.S. business hours).
- Compensation: On Target Earning of $30/hr ($5/hour base pay + 4 appointments set per day at $50 commission for every prospect who attends the meeting)
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Contract: Independent contractor

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach – Cold call homeowner leads and engage via email and social media to introduce Venturebnb’s services.
- Lead Nurturing – Follow up persistently and build rapport with potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Appointment Setting – Schedule and confirUpgrade to see actual infoetings between interested homeowners and our sales team, ensuring high show-up rates.
- Objection Handling – Address common homeowner concerns (e.g., “I’m already renting it myself” or “I don’t think I need property management”) and overcome objections to keep conversations moving forward.
- Pipeline Tracking – Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and interactions in our CRM to track outreach and conversion metrics.
- Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach and appointment booking goals (20 contacts ? 2 appointments per day).

Qualifications:
- To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven. You should thrive working independently and be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Ideal candidates should have:
- Excellent English communication skills (clear spoken English and strong writing ability).
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, with a track record of handling objections and turning skeptical prospects into appointments.
- Social savvy – comfortable using social media and email for prospecting and outreach.
- Highly organized with strong time management – able to juggle leads, follow-ups, and scheduling without dropping the ball.
- Coachability – open to feedback and eager to refine your pitch.
- Results-driven attitude – you take ownership of your targets and continually push to exceed them.
