We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Appointment Setter who understands the art and science of setting successful appointments with motivated home sellers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in appointment setting, ideally in the real estate or sales industries, and possesses excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
-Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with potential clients to qualify leads and set appointments.
-Communicate our unique value proposition clearly and effectively, ensuring that clients understand the benefits of meeting with our team.
-Use CRM systems to track client interactions, follow up consistently, and manage appointment schedules with accuracy.
-Handle objections smoothly and navigate client inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor.
-Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets to support the growth of our client base.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in appointment setting, with a clear understanding of the process and best practices.
-Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey messages effectively and build rapport over the phone.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage schedules and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
-Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
