Real Estate Analyst - Commercial

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using real estate platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and Realnex to gather and analyze market data. This role will focus on researching and compiling sales comps, lease comps, recent sales, amenities, and local market data to support real estate investment decisions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Data Collection:
Use CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and Realnex to search for and compile offering memorandums, sales comps, lease comps, and recent sales data.
Analyze and compare property amenities, local market trends, and demographic data.
2. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Input data into Realnex to create accurate and detailed property comparisons.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
3. Transaction Support:
Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, offering memorandums, and client presentations.
Review and analyze property documents, including leases, appraisals, and financial statements.
4. Database Management:
Maintain and update databases with property listings, market data, and transaction records.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
5. Client and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with senior analysts, brokers, and clients to support real estate transactions.
Provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education:
**Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
*1-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field.
*Experience using CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, or similar real estate platforms is a plus.

Skills:
*Proficiency in Realnex for data input and analysis.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Nice-to-Haves:
*Familiarity with real estate software (e.g., Argus, Zillow, or similar tools).
*Experience in market research or data analysis.
