Real Estate Analyst

I am a real estate agent seeking a real estate analyst who wants to build a long-lasting business relationship. My analyst must be detail-oriented, with the ability to clearly follow instructions, and learn quickly. Training will be provided.

JOB DETAILS:
- This is a full-time position.
- Real estate experience is a MUST-HAVE.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, with a 1-hr break

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prequalify properties
- Search MLS for investment opportunities
- Create and send property reports to clients
- Analyze deals using different rental strategies (LTR, RBTR, MTR, STR)
- Run rent and sales comps
- Analyze off-market deals
- Real estate-related research
- Assist in establishing efficient processes and standard operating procedures
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Experience with Canva
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign is a PLUS
- Support with light administrative tasks during slow periods with few or no deals

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of real estate experience
- Fluent in English both written and verbal

COMPENSATION:
Negotiable salary depending on skills and experience.
