JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent/Investor Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and developing our team of real estate agents. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip our agents with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed in the real estate industry. You will work closely with new and experienced agents to enhance their sales techniques, customer service skills, and overall professional development.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for real estate agents, incorporating industry best practices, sales strategies, customer service techniques, and legal and ethical guidelines. Ensure the training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Onboarding of New Agents:

Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired agents, providing them with a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, systems, and resources. Introduce them to key stakeholders, tools, and technologies necessary for their success.

Sales and Negotiation Skills Training: Deliver training sessions and workshops on sales techniques, negotiation skills, lead generation, and prospecting strategies. Provide guidance on how to effectively communicate with clients, handle objections, and close deals. Offer role-playing exercises and simulations to practice and refine sales skills.

Customer Service Excellence: Train agents on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Emphasize the importance of responsiveness, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Market Knowledge and Trends: Keep agents informed about local market trends, changes in real estate regulations, and industry developments. Conduct regular sessions to share market insights, discuss new opportunities, and educate agents about emerging technologies and marketing strategies.

Technology Training: Familiarize agents with the real estate software, CRM systems, and other technological tools used in the industry. Provide hands-on training to ensure agents can effectively leverage these tools to streamline their workflows, manage client databases, and enhance productivity.

Performance Evaluation and Coaching: Assess individual agent performance through evaluations, role-playing exercises, and real-world scenarios. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help agents improve their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their performance goals.

Professional Development: Support agents' ongoing professional growth by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. Recommend and facilitate additional training opportunities, workshops, conferences, and networking events to enhance their industry knowledge and skill set.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations. Prepare training reports and present progress updates to management, highlighting the effectiveness and impact of the training programs.


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Familiarity with real estate software, CRM systems, and other relevant industry tools.
Ability to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and coach individuals to achieve their full potential.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
