Position: Real Estate Agent Assistant/Cold Caller

Job Overview:
Elite Living Real Estate is looking for a proactive Lead Generator, Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help with online presence, lead generation, and client engagement. The role combines cold calling, social media management, video editing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:

Send “Happy Birthday” messages on Facebook and KW Command (3 minutes)
Create 7 social media posts per week (real estate-related, 2 hours/week)
Like 50 posts daily (25 on Instagram, 25 on Facebook)
Comment on 40 posts daily (20 on Instagram, 20 on Facebook)
Post 5 video memes weekly (TikTok, Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, YouTube Shorts)
Follow up with buyers and sellers, gather contact info
Cold call for 2 hours daily (lists provided)
Respond to TikTok comments, engage followers
Assist with coordinating property showings
Weekly Tasks:

Submit KW Command leads list for follow-up every Monday
Confirm and schedule showings with listing agents
Post 3 MLS listings per week on social media
Share a “What’s Happening in Denver” post every Wednesday
Organize and reuse Canva posts
Monthly Tasks:

Design new Canva templates (including holiday-themed)
Send email marketing campaigns on the 1st of each month
Create and send holiday greeting cards via KW Command
Content Requirements:
17 posts per week (3 listings, 7 creative posts, 1 daily video)
Content must be scheduled by 6:30 PM daily
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management, lead generation, real estate marketing
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, KW Command, Ring Central, MailChimp
Strong communication skills (fluent in English, Spanish a bonus)
Proven cold-calling experience with sales success
Skilled in video editing for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
Organized, good with spreadsheets, and presentations
Knowledge of the Denver real estate market
Familiar with SendOutCards and email marketing tools
Must work during Mountain Time
Compensation:
First 60 days: $600/month
Days 60-120: $800/month
After 120 days: $1,000/month + $500 per deal from cold calling
